• WhatsApp conversations: When you message AISHA on WhatsApp, we collect your WhatsApp number, name (if shared), and the content of your conversation.
• Voice call recordings: With your explicit consent, we record qualification calls made by AISHA. You are informed before any recording begins.
• Property preferences: Budget range, preferred localities, purpose of purchase, and timeline — shared during your conversation with AISHA.
• Broker information: For registered brokers, we collect business name, RERA registration number, Emirates ID or equivalent identity document, PAN (for Indian brokers), and payment information.
• Website usage data: Standard analytics including page views, device type, and approximate location via IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide AI-powered property advisory services to buyers through AISHA
• To qualify buyer intent and match buyers with suitable registered brokers
• To generate lead briefs shared exclusively with one matched broker
• To process broker wallet transactions and generate VAT-compliant invoices
• To improve AISHA's conversation quality and qualification accuracy
• To comply with UAE legal obligations including VAT reporting
• To send relevant property market updates (only with explicit consent)

3. Consent and Voice Recording

We obtain explicit consent before sharing any buyer information with a broker. This consent is captured in one of two ways:

• Written consent: A buyer's reply to our consent message on WhatsApp constitutes a timestamped digital consent record.
• Voice consent: During the AISHA qualification call, buyers confirm their consent verbally. This recording serves as the consent record.

Buyers may withdraw consent at any time by messaging AISHA on WhatsApp.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With brokers: After obtaining buyer consent, a lead brief containing the buyer's WhatsApp number, name, and property preferences is shared exclusively with one matched registered broker.
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party services including WhatsApp Business API providers, cloud storage (AWS), voice AI providers, and payment processors (Stripe). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by UAE law, court order, or government authority.

5. Data Retention

• Buyer WhatsApp conversations: Retained for 12 months from the date of conversation
• Voice call recordings: Retained for 24 months for quality and compliance purposes
• Lead briefs: Retained for 36 months for dispute resolution purposes
• Broker KYC documents: Retained for the duration of the broker relationship plus 5 years as required by UAE regulations

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information including:

• Encrypted storage of all personal data on AWS servers
• Access controls limiting who can view lead briefs and buyer data
• Masked buyer phone numbers until broker identity is verified
• Regular security reviews of our platform and integrations

7. Your Rights

Under applicable UAE law (including the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data — PDPL), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Object to how your data is being used

8. WhatsApp and Third-Party Platforms

Our service operates through WhatsApp Business API. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Meta's data practices. We recommend reviewing Meta's policies at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

9. International Data Transfers

Our platform serves buyers from multiple countries including India, UK, Russia, and other nations. When buyers outside the UAE use our service, their data is processed and stored in accordance with UAE law. We take appropriate measures to ensure data transferred internationally is adequately protected.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
